                      IF the grease in a pan catches fire -
      Smother flame with pan lid which must be readily available.
                                    Turn off heat.
                Watch out for yourself and/or your clothing

                BUT should the fire ignite nearby combustibles
                            or threaten to spread -
                              Evacuate the building.
                          Close all doors behind you.
                        Call fire department at 752-4248 or 928-1114

                        NEVER Carry out a burning pan!
                      NEVER Use water on a grease fire!
